Combine the minced beef, Chillichup rub, egg, breadcrumbs and rosemary in a bowl. Divide into 4 portions and create burger pattys with your hands. Leave to chill for 30 minutes. Fry or barbeque the burgers until cooked to your liking. Serve on toasted brioche buns with fried halomi and a fresh salad and a good drizzle of your favourite chup!
